Walsingham Association Hundreds Club 2025-2026

  1. OBJECT: To support the Catholic National Shrine of Our Lady at Walsingham. 
  2. LIMITATION: Membership shall not exceed 400.
  3. SUBSCRIPTION:
    • a) Each Hundreds Club member (who does not necessarily have to be a member of the Walsingham Association) shall make payment of £12.00 per year for each number they hold. Members may hold as many numbers as they wish.
    • b) Payment may be made by standing order, cheque, cash (in person at the Walsingham Association office in Walsingham), or by electronic banking, ‘The Walsingham Association, Sort Code 20-17-20, Account No. 63963063, ref membership number and your name’. Please email the office at enquiries@walsinghamassociation.org.uk to say you have paid and give your full address. 
    • c) Members paying other than by standing order shall be required to complete a renewal form annually.
    • d) A list of winners will be published in the next edition of the Magazine. Winners will receive notification and cheque following the Draw.
    • e) Membership cards will be sent on receipt of monies. 
  1. ARREARS: Any member whose subscription falls into arrears shall automatically be excluded.
  1. MANAGEMENT: The Hundreds Club shall be managed by the Trustees of the Walsingham Association. 
  1. PRIZE ALLOCATION:
    • a) Part of the Hundreds Club funds shall be used to provide prizes for its members.
    • b) There will be eight prize draws a year, all drawn on a date to be published.
    • c) There will be one number drawn for a prize of a substantial figure and seven numbers drawn for smaller figures.
    • d) Prize amounts will be reviewed annually and be dependent on the number  of members.
    • e) At least 50% of the income shall be spent in supporting the visiting pilgrims needs, to the National Shrine.
    • f) Members will be advised of the actual figures PAID OUT in the Magazine each year (for example, if 100 numbers are paid for, the income will be £1200.00 so that the total prize draw amount in that year will be £600.00, split into eight payments of amounts decided by the Trustees).
